1. Who we are

The ngx.ro website and the NGX application are provided by BEST WEB SYSTEMS S.R.L., with its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 3, Str. Gura Făgetului 76-80, Romania, VAT number 52784580, registered with the Trade Register under number J2025082412000, EUID ROONRC.J2025082412000 (the "Provider").

2. Subject

The Provider makes available the NGX application, a web platform for managing the activity of a car repair workshop, offered as a subscription service. This document governs the use of the marketing website and access to the application.

3. The demo account

The demo account is granted free of charge, for a limited period, solely for evaluation. Data entered into a demo account is treated as test data and may be deleted without prior notice at the end of the evaluation period.

We recommend that you do not enter real personal data belonging to your customers into a demo account.

4. The subscription

Production access to the application is provided under a monthly subscription, invoiced in advance. Prices shown on the website are in Romanian lei and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

The subscription may be ended at the close of the paid period, without penalty. On termination, the Provider makes an export of the Client's data available on request.

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Payment terms, late payment penalties and the conditions for suspending the service must be settled with a legal adviser before publication.

5. The Client's obligations

• To provide accurate and current identification details
• To keep sign-in credentials confidential
• Not to use the application for unlawful purposes
• Not to attempt unauthorised access to other users' data
• To comply with applicable law on invoicing and accounting records

6. Availability and limitation of liability

The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the service continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance.

7. Intellectual property

The application, its source code, interface and the materials on the website belong to the Provider. Data entered by the Client into the application belongs to the Client.

8. Dispute resolution

Disagreements are settled amicably where possible. Failing that, the courts at the Provider's registered office have jurisdiction.

Consumers may also turn to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or to the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR).

9. Changes to these terms

The Provider may update this document. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown at the top.
