Frequently asked questions
How is the price calculated?
A monthly subscription per company, based on the modules enabled and the number of users. We take no commission on the invoices you issue and place no limit on the number of work orders.
Am I tied into a long contract?
No. The subscription is monthly. If you stop, we provide an export of your data — customers, vehicles, work orders, invoices — in a format you can carry elsewhere.
Does the demo account cost anything?
No. It is free and we do not ask for card details. Use it to see whether the application fits the way you work.
Does demo data carry over to the real account?
The demo is a test environment, separate from production. When you move to a real account we start from your real configuration — invoice series, bays, staff — and, where it makes sense, import the customers and vehicles you already have.
Do I have to use every module?
No. Modules are enabled per company and the menu only shows what is active. The core — users, roles, settings, documents, notifications, email — is always present, and you switch on only the business modules you need.
How do I get help if I get stuck?
Through WhatsApp, phone or email, and the app itself has a support ticket system with the full history of each conversation. During onboarding we walk through the initial configuration together.
