NGX did not start from a feature list. It started from how a car workshop actually works: who does what, in what order, with which paperwork, and where the flow gets stuck.
How we work
Every screen has a written procedure behind it
Before a screen exists, the procedure exists: who uses it, how they get there, what they see, which steps they take, which rules apply automatically and what error messages they can receive.
The result is an application where every button has a reason to exist, and a manual in which every statement was checked against the code rather than written from memory.

What is NGX, in short?
A web application for running a car repair shop and everything around it: customers and vehicles, bay appointments, work orders with parts and labour, estimates sent to the customer for approval, workshop photos, invoicing and payments, parts inventory, electronic invoicing to the Romanian tax authority, staff and timesheets, a customer portal and customisable PDF documents.
How secure is my data?
Access is per individual account, with roles and permissions, optional two-factor authentication, account lockout after repeated sign-in attempts and an audit log of important actions. Every significant change is recorded, with author and timestamp.
What about GDPR?
Your customers' data belongs to you. The application keeps a change history, allows export and deletion of data, and processing is governed by a data processing agreement signed with your company.
Am I tied into a long contract?
No. The subscription is monthly. If you stop, we provide an export of your data — customers, vehicles, work orders, invoices — in a format you can carry elsewhere.
